Yes, once we’ve processed and shipped your order we’ll email you a tracking code. We work with GLS as our shipping partner so you’ll be able to contact them should you experience any issues with your delivery.
In case you want to return your Princecharger, you can do so under your right to cancel (see our Terms & conditions), however shipping costs will be covered by you. In case your item is damaged during shipping, the damage will not be refundable but we’ll help you with your claim to GLS.
